DevOps team lead Skills and Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience as a DevOps ● 1+ years as DevOps Team Lead ● Proficient with CI/CD processes and tools Jenkins as a plus. ● Experience with containerization and cluster management technologies Docker, K8s, Helm. ● Strong background and practical experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM). ● Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (preferred), Microsoft SQL, or MySQL. ● Familiar with message brokers (RabbitMQ). ● Experience with monitoring tools Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana, Linux. ● BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field. Preferred Qualifications ● Excellent technical skills and understanding of development processes. ● Experience with network administration, Terraform. ● Extended knowledge of AWS services to run cloud-native applications. ● Experience working in a startup environment.
