Indigo is looking for bright, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our growing team of Retention Representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolutions and capturing insights to prevent recurrence. - Maintaining a consistently positive attitude. - Reduce churn and maximize customer retention - Efficiently manage time and prioritize client requests. Requirements: - Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities - On going training oriented and Improvement driven - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - MUST - Experience in customer servicer or customer retention - A Plus Benefits: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Culturally diverse work environment - Our team and our clients - Great location - Next to a Savidor centre train station - Full time position: Sun-Thu 9:00-18:00
